If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at pro@ewarepro.com before launching a complaint with your credit card company. If you launch a complaint with your CC company without first contacting us we may try to fight your refund as this makes us look bad - especially when we are more than willing to work with you.

TERMS

If you decide at any point that you would like to have your money back for this product, a $10 service fee will be retained. Additionally, please note that although this software is downloaded and installed on your server, we will be able to terminate your account and you will not be able to use your software once you have been refunded.
